  8. 6 eggs
  9. 200 gr sugar
  10. 200 gr ground almonds
  11. 1 orange (juice and rind grated)

  13. Cream egg yolks and sugar. Add orange juice and beat for 1/2 hour
  14. (shorter if electric mixer is used). Add almonds and fold in
  15. beaten egg whites.
  16. Bake for about 25 minutes at 400 or until cooked.
